Shipping and Returns
Delivery Information:
All HEMP SANCTUM orders are sent from within Australia (Sydney or the Blue Mountains) in an unmarked, plain package or box (3 or more products). All orders are bubble wrapped to ensure safe delivery.
If you place your order on the weekend, your order will be processed the following Monday. All orders are processed and packaged up the same day of ordering. Please allow up to 3 business days to receive your order, however we endeavor to have parcels delivered as quickly as possible. If a product is unavailable at the time of packaging you will be notified via email straight away. No Orders will be processed until payment has been received.
As soon as your item is dispatched you will be notified via email and a tracking number will be provided to you in order to track your item via the Australia post website here: https://m.auspost.com.au/view/tracking.

Refunds & Damaged Stock:
HEMP SANCTUM has a strictly NO REFUNDS policy with our business. We assure quality control and therefore will not refund you once you have chosen to purchase an item. However, if a product has been damaged in transit (this must be proved through photographic evidence) we will replace the item free of charge.
